We are a dynamic, client focused, solutions driven psychotherapy, coaching and divorce mediation practice located in Manhattan and Northern NJ. We offer CBT, DBT and mindfulness informed treatment for depression, anxiety ( panic, PTSD) and trauma for individuals and couples experiencing a tough patch in their lives.
We support and consult with couples seeking a partnership oriented approach to divorce through mediation in NJ and provide couples counseling to those dealing with the stress of separation, divorce, single parenting and blending of families.
