I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am delighted to be a part of the Living Well Dallas team as a private practitioner. I have worked extensively with clients facing a variety of behavioral health conditions in an inpatient, outpatient and private practice setting. I provide client specific and culturally sensitive counseling sessions. I use individualized treatment plans via Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in a solution focused format.
I integrate spiritual principles into the counseling process for those who would like their faith to be part of the healing journey. I am passionate about enabling clients to find new ways of perceiving and being and living their best life.
