I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual therapy to clients in Florida, New Jersey, and Texas. I specialize in supporting South Asian individuals and couples navigating identity, high-functioning anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and major life transitions. My background includes work in psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment, and I offer therapy through a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed lens.
In addition to talk therapy, I’m certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—a gentle and effective technique for healing trauma and anxiety by using eye movements to help the brain process painful memories without having to talk about them in detail. It’s similar to EMDR and can bring relief in just a few sessions.
As a former corporate professional, I understand the pressure to succeed and the difficulty of slowing down. My approach helps clients build awareness and find practical solutions to reduce emotional overwhelm and reconnect with what matters most.
