My goal as a Therapist is to support you in building honest and authentic relationships – with yourself, and with the people and places around you. This work includes exploring the context behind what makes you think and feel in the ways that you do. I aim to support you to use your imagination and creativity to find your own definitions of healing and wellness, and build your own unique paths towards joyful and fulfilling lives.

I am trained in talk therapy; I use a combination of relational-cultural and narrative approaches, psychodynamic theory, liberation psychology and CBT in my work. I’m a queer immigrant of color, and am passionate about supporting  immigrants, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ communities to access quality mental health support. I have worked extensively with adult survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. More broadly, I have experience working with adults (18+) navigating an array of individual and interpersonal struggles, including interpersonal trauma, impact of childhood experiences, self worth, depression, grief, amongst other issues.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions, and can also provide therapy in Hindi/Urdu. Whether you feel stuck in a place of overwhelm or numbness, or in cycles you want to break out of, I will work to support you in transforming the parts of yourself that you believe no longer serve you.
