DESCRIPTION:South Asian Mental Health Initiative and Network (SAMHIN) will collaborate with HCNJ and Durga Mandir to provide mental health screenings and broad range of medical screenings at Durga Mandir in Princeton\, NJ. \nSAMHIN team of mental health providers will provide free screenings for psychological and emotional problems and addiction. We will answer your questions about mental illness and provide any advice and referrals when needed. We will respect your privacy during the mental health screenings. Free educational handouts will be available. \nJoin us if . . . \n\nIf you smoke or chew tobacco and want to learn about how this is harmful and advice on quitting. Free testing will be provided.\nYou would like to speak confidentially to the SAMHIN team of mental health providers.\nYou have any questions about a loved one’s struggles with stress\, depression\, tension\, or alcohol or drug use.\nIf you have any questions or need advice about mental illness and addiction.\nIf you would like free mental health screening.\nIf you have any questions about diagnosis and treatment.\nIf you have questions about where to go for treatment.\n\nOther medical health screenings will include blood sugar\, vision\, diet\, and nutrition. Physical therapist will be available to answer questions and address any concerns.
