DESCRIPTION:Dr. Makhija\, President of SAMHIN\, will join a panel of mental health experts\, Jyothsna Bhat\, Clinical Psychologist\, Dr. Raymond Brock-Murray\, LPC\, and panelist/attorney Faudia A. Hameed Clemenza\, Esq. The panel will address how to identify mental illness\, the stigma of mental illness\, destigmatizing mental illness\, and discussing imposter syndrome. The panel will discuss wellness best practices and triggers of the decline of mental health. The discussion will mainly focus on the detrimental effects of the challenges of demanding hours and the stressful work environment of lawyers. \nThis virtual program is for the members of the SABA-NJ – South Asian Bar Association-NJ.
